Rotifers
San Francisco Bay Brand® Rotifers are highly nutritious frozen microscopic plankton designed primarily for reef aquariums, filter feeders, and newly hatched fish. As the smallest prey item offered by SFBB, rotifers are an excellent choice for organisms that require very small food particles.
Rotifers can feed fish, corals, and invertebrates simultaneously, making them particularly useful in mixed reef aquariums. Their microscopic size makes them ideal for filter-feeding organisms such as corals and clams, while newly hatched marine fish fry and other small aquatic organisms can also readily consume them.
This all-natural food is frozen fresh and highly nutritious, providing essential nutrients that help maintain energy and vigor while promoting proper growth and supporting natural coloration. Rotifers are recommended as a supplement to the primary diet.
