San Francisco Bay Brand® Cyclops is a highly nutritious frozen single-ingredient food suitable for freshwater fish, reef aquariums, corals, and invertebrates. Its naturally small size makes it especially useful for baby fish, small tropical species, nano aquariums, and reef inhabitants.

Cyclops are copepods that naturally form an important part of the diet of many fish larvae. They contain proteins and lipids derived from their consumption of phyto- and microzooplankton. San Francisco Bay Brand harvests its copepods alive from brackish-water estuaries at dawn, then transports them for immediate cleaning, processing, and packaging.

This frozen food helps stimulate appetite, promote proper growth, support resistance to stress, and maintain energy and vigor. It can feed fish, corals, and invertebrates simultaneously, making it a versatile choice for both freshwater community aquariums and reef systems.

Recommended for baby egg-layers and livebearers, Tetras, Guppies, Barbs, Mandarins, Corals, Jellyfish, Clams, and other small fish and invertebrates. The smaller 1.75 oz mini-cube format is particularly well suited for desktop and nano aquariums.

Instructions: Feed often, but only what can be consumed in three minutes. Remove any uneaten food. Never overfeed. No thawing or rinsing required. Keep frozen. Important  Microwaving or thawing in hot water is not recommended, as this breaks down the nutrients contained in frozen fish food.

Ingredients: Cyclops, water, guar gum

Contains: Copepods, copepodites (juvenile copepods) and copepod nauplii (newly hatched copepods) frequently dominate in natural plankton and often form one of the main foods eaten by fish larvae. Copepods contain a high level of proteins and lipids due to their consumption of phyto- and microzooplankton. Our copepods are harvested alive from brackish water estuaries at dawn and are transported to our facility for immediate cleaning, processing, packaging.

Guaranteed Analysis: 2.5% minimum crude protein, 0.6% minimum crude fat, 0.5% maximum crude fiber, 96% maximum moisture, 0.8% maximum ash, 0.1% minimum phosphorus.
